Tray Screen
Product Description：
Tray screen is a widely used sorting machine in compound fertilizer industry, mainly composed by motor, reducer, roller device, frame, sealing cover, inlet and outlet parts.
There are three types of Tray Screen(trommel) used in the NPK granulation line, coarse-grained screen, fine-grained screen, and finished product screen, which are used to select materials with qualified particle sizes, super-large particles and superfine powders. The unqualified material will be returned to the main feeding belt for re-granulation.
Advantage：

2. The inner drum has 6 sets of 360-degree ribs to ensure the strength of the inner drum.

The roller device is installed on the supporter, the motor is connected together by the reducer and the roller device through the coupling, and drives the roller device to rotate around its axis. When the material enters the roller, due to the special design in the roller, the material can turn over and roll, so that the qualified material is discharged through the outlet at the bottom of the roller, and the unqualified material is discharged through the discharged at the end of the roller. Due to the turnover and rolling of materials in the roller, the material stuck in the screen hole can be popped out to prevent the blockage of the screen hole.
