Roller Press Irregular Granule Extrusion Line

The process of irregular granulation is to squeeze the material into large pieces and then crush the large pieces of material to the finished product size through the crusher. The strength of the particles is higher than that of round granule. TONGLI provides Irregular extrusion fertilizer production line with an annual output of 50,000 tons to 200,000 tons, which is controlled by Siemens PLC.

  • Medium investment in extrusion granulation equipment.

  • Extrusion granulation equipment occupies a small area.

  • Extrusion granulation equipment is flexible.

  • Extrusion granulation equipment is easy to install.

  • Extrusion granulation equipment has low requirements for operators.

  • Noted:For Material that has a high moisture level and high phosphorus concentration or organic-inorganic fertilizer this type of granulation method can not be used, otherwise the material will stick to the machine.
  • Raw material automatic belt scale batching

  • Mixing of raw materials via the biaxial mixer

  • Granulation: the mixed raw materials are formed by extrusion granulator.

  • Crushing: crush the extruded material to the size required by the process

  • Screening: secondary crushing of bulk materials, secondary screening of qualified materials,

  • Polishing: surface polishing of semi-finished materials

  • Fine screening: screen out the finished products with qualified size, and return the rest to the previous process for re-granulation.

  • Coating: the finished product is coated.

  • Packing: the finished product is packed by automatic quantitative packing scale, the bag is automatic folded and automatic sewed.

  • Palletizing: The packaged finished products are stacked by a palletizer.
