Noted:For Material that has a high moisture level and high phosphorus concentration or organic-inorganic fertilizer this type of granulation method can not be used, otherwise the material will stick to the machine.
Crushing of raw materials: Ammonium chloride, monoammonium phosphate, potassium chloride, and urea are crushed by the crusher to the size required by the process.
Mixing of raw materials: the crushed material is mixed in the mixer.
Granulation: the mixed raw materials are formed by extrusion granulator.
Fine sieve: raw materials with unqualified size are returned to the previous process for re-granulation.
Drying: The materials that meet the qualified size enter the drum dryer for drying.
Cooling: The material from the dryer enters the drum cooler.
Fine screening: screen out the finished products with qualified size, and return the rest to the previous process for re-granulation.
Coating: the finished product is coated.
Packing: the finished product is packed by automatic quantitative packing scale, the bag is automatic folded and automatic sewed.
Palletizing: The packaged finished products are stacked by a palletizer.
