Coating Agent Melting Tank
Description：
Coating oil tank is one of the key equipment in the coating part of NPK compound fertilizer production line, equipped with steam coil heating, electric ball valve and thermocouple for temperature control, with stirring device. If there is no steam source on site, an electric heating device can be used. The conventional material is carbon steel, SS304 optional.
Advantage：
1. Precise temperature control.
2. There is a stirring device inside to prevent agglomeration.
3. Accurate oil supply through metering pump.
Principle：
Coating oil tank is usually linked with the Screw Conveyor and the finished product weighing scale through PLC to convey the anti-caking agent powder and anti-caking agent oil in proportion according to the output of the finished product.
